Viña Zarcillo - Blanco

Blanco - vino White
Bright straw white colour with greenish flashes. Medium intensity nose with a predominance of white fresh fruit (acid apple), citrus and floral background. It is soft, tasty, balanced with good acidity in the mouth.
Varieties:

Recommendations: Harvest at optimum maturity. Maceration before fermentation at 8-10ºC for 4-8 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15-20 days at controlled temperatures below 15ºC to preserve all its bouquet.
