Greenish yellow colour. Good aromatic intensity nose, with tropical fruit and white flowers touches. It is sweet in the mouth with good acidity. It is pleasant and sweet-toothed.Varieties:

Harvest at optimum maturity. Maceration before fermentation at 8-10 ºC for 4-8 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15-20 days at controlled temperatures below 15ºC to preserve all its bouquet.
