Straw yellow colour with greenish trimming. It is very expressive in the nose, floral and fruit bouquet, quince, pineapple and peach. It is very broad and silky in the mouth, with a lot of volume and a very distinct acidity. It has a long and pleasant persistence.Varieties:Recommendations:
Harvest at optimum maturity. Maceration before fermentation at 8-10ºC for 4-8 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15-20 days at controlled temperatures below 15ºC topreserve all its bouquet.
