Red bigarreau cherry colour of medium layer. It has an intense nose, deep and well defined. Black fruit appears above all (blackberries, blueberries) and also fresh figs. There are some memories of chocolate, a touch of liquorice, graphite and a slightly balsamic background. It has a good flavour in the mouth; it is broad, tasty but fresh, with good acidity and very long. A very good structure. The sweet tannins are well integrated.Varieties:
Cabernet Sauvignon (30%)
Recommendations: Harvest at optimum maturity from selected plots. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at controlled temperatures. Maloláctica fermentation in American oak barrels (70%) and French (30%) for 12-18 months.Format: 75 cl.
